I started learning the piano with Andy nearly 2 years ago at the age of 52 and a complete beginner. I couldn't read a word of music. I wasn't sure how feasible it was to learn at my age, but Andy has been great at teaching an old beginner. He has a very easy relaxed teaching manner, which has given me great confidence. I am delighted with my progress and can now play quite a pretty tune on the piano. If I mention to Andy a piece of music I like, he will find me a version suitable for my level. I am very happy with my progress over the 2 years, so much so that I have decided to give the exams a go in the Autumn.
